This card's effect overrides any other effects that modify the ATK and DEF of a resonator, other than [+100/+100] counters.

Ex.: If you play this card on a "Lancelot, Knight of Mad Demon" with a "Necromancy of the Undead Lord" added to it, Lancelot will become a 200/300, because base stats are 600/600, then +200/+200 because of the Necromancy, then this card's effect applies making it a 200/300.
